Accessibility Statement
October 28, 2026
We want CrowOn to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technology. This page explains our goal, what we do, known limitations and how to reach us.
1. Our goal
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.
The Service is in beta and not every screen meets this standard yet. We fix issues as we find them, starting with the most important.
2. What we do
Buttons and icons have names that screen readers announce.
Main features can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
The display follows your device's text size, light or dark appearance and "Reduce motion" settings.
We keep enough contrast between text and its background.
We provide automatic captions for videos and translation for posts.
3. Known limitations
Photos and videos posted by users may not have alternative text or captions.
Some features, such as the map, camera effects and calls, are not yet fully usable with screen readers.
Automatic captions and translations are machine-generated and may contain mistakes.
4. Feedback and help
If anything is hard to use, tell us via "Report a bug / Suggest" in Settings, or at our contact point [to be added before public launch]. It helps to include your device, browser, assistive technology and the screen you were on.
We aim to reply within 5 business days and, until a fix is ready, to give you another way to access the same information or feature where we can.
5. About this statement
This statement is based on our own review of the Service. We update it as we review and improve the Service.
