CrowOn Member: JPY 480 per month (tax included). The amount shown on the sign-up screen prevails.

Internet connection charges are your responsibility.

Payment timing
The first month is charged at sign-up, then automatically on each monthly renewal date.
Delivery
Available immediately once payment is confirmed.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from the Account Center. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
Cancel by the day before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Refunds
Due to the nature of digital services, payments are generally non-refundable.
If you could not use the Service due to our fault or were charged twice, contact us via Feedback and we will refund after review.
